Lecture  Governance Gone Wrong: Lessons from the ICANN Debacle   VIDEO   Biography      Müller-Maguhn has been a member of the Chaos Computer Club since 1986 and is currently its speaker. He has been studying technological and social developments in electronic communication networks for sixteen years. In 2000 he was elected as the European director of ICANN.
